What goes into making
Quintaliza Reposado

We’ll give you a hint: we don’t add coffee or coffee flavoring.

Organic Agave

Our agave is organically grown and harvested in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, known for nurturing some of the best tequilas in the world.

Quality Distillation

Quintaliza is distilled by Master Distiller Iliana Partida at NOM 1522’s Hacienda de Oro, a family-owned distillery that has been producing tequila for generations.

Oak Barrel Aging

Step one of our aging process is to age Quintaliza for 3 months in oak barrels, maturing it into a rich, classic Reposado.

Coffee Barrel Aging

We finish the aging process with two months in barrels that previously held organic cold brew coffee.

Meet Our Master Distiller
Iliana Partida

Iliana Partida knows tequila. The daughter of third-generation agave farmer and tequila producer David Partida, this fourth-generation Master Distiller has been surrounded by Blue Weber agave her entire life, and it shows. This is what we mean when we talk about being authentic.

Iliana is an absolute legend in the tequila scene, and we couldn’t be more proud to have her as our Master Distiller. Her knowledge of traditional methods and her ability to break the mold make Quintaliza the trailblazing, top-shelf tequila it is.

Quintaliza Tequila stands for authenticity

At Quintaliza, we pride ourselves on being 100% authentic—just like our organic agave. We honor the places from which our ingredients prevail, as well as the people who employ their skill and expertise in the production of our additive-free tequila. Quintaliza’s Master Distiller is Iliana Partida, a fourth-generation maestra tequilera with deep knowledge of traditional methods and the boldness to break the mold. That’s what Quintaliza Tequila is all about.

Our mature, organically grown Blue Weber Agave is cultivated in Jalisco, Mexico. It’s then naturally fermented for three days and double-distilled using traditional alembic stills before being matured in two different barrels—ex-bourbon barrels and barrels seasoned with organic coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. This one-of-a-kind combination imparts notes of roasted coffee and oak wood, underpinned by hints of earthy agave and caramel.
