Quintaliza is your new favorite organic tequila

Quintaliza Tequila Celebrates Earth Day Every Day

As we celebrate the beauty and wonder of our planet, it’s the perfect time to indulge in some eco-friendly goodness, starting with what you’re sipping. At Quintaliza Tequila, we’re all about celebrating the planet every single day. It’s a fundamental part of who we are and what we stand for.

Quintaliza is organic, additive-free, sipping tequila

…and it tastes amazing. Just ask Rolling Stone, Bartender Magazine, and Jay Baer.

“The uniqueness of Quintaliza is truly in the aging process, giving off soft hints of oak, chocolate, tobacco, and subtle notes of coffee on the back end.”

– Alli Torres in Rolling Stone’s “The Best Cocktails for Margaritas, According to Experts”

“Quintaliza’s patented process allows them to achieve a distinctive bold taste and aroma naturally from the barrels, while still honoring and not overpowering the agave at the heart of the spirit.”

– Bartender Magazine

I’ve never had anything like that…it’s like a thrill ride.

– Jay Baer @tequilajaybaer

Additive-free tequila has nothing to hide

Additives can be nasty chemicals, and they are often attempts to hide the flavor of inferior tequilas

Even as we innovate and push the boundaries of flavor with our unique aging process, we remain steadfast in our commitment to organic integrity. While our proprietary method imparts subtle notes of coffee into our tequila, rest assured that every step of the journey—from the agave fields to our coffee-aging barrels—is conducted with the utmost respect for nature. That means no additives, EVER.

What does it mean to be a “sustainable” tequila company?

At Quintaliza, we push ourselves to do things the right way.

We’re not just about talking the talk; we’re walking the walk. Quintaliza has been planting agaves since day one, and we take pride in repurposing our coffee grounds as fertilizer, enriching the soil and nurturing future crops. It’s a full-circle approach to production, resulting in a truly organic journey from start to finish.

Quintaliza Tequila stands for authenticity

At Quintaliza, we pride ourselves on being 100% authentic—just like our organic agave. We honor the places from which our ingredients prevail, as well as the people who employ their skill and expertise in the production of our additive-free tequila. Quintaliza’s Master Distiller is Iliana Partida, a fourth-generation maestra tequilera with deep knowledge of traditional methods and the boldness to break the mold. That’s what Quintaliza Tequila is all about.

Our mature, organically grown Blue Weber Agave is cultivated in Jalisco, Mexico. It’s then naturally fermented for three days and double-distilled using traditional alembic stills before being matured in two different barrels—ex-bourbon barrels and barrels seasoned with organic coffee from Chiapas, Mexico. This one-of-a-kind combination imparts notes of roasted coffee and oak wood, underpinned by hints of earthy agave and sweet vanilla.
