Quintaliza Tequila is produced by evenly cooking 100% organic agave hearts in a stainless steel autoclave. The juices are extracted from roller mills and naturally fermented for three days. They are then double-distilled using old methods in traditional alembics, and aged in coffee barrels. In other words, Quintaliza is born from a process unlike any other.
