What You’ll Need

  • 2 ounces of Quintaliza Reposado – ORDER HERE
  • 1 ounce of homemade dandelion and lemongrass simple syrup*
  • 0.25 ounce of Cointreau
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Ginger

*Here’s how to make your own dandelion and lemongrass simple syrup

  • Add 2 cups of water to a stove pot
  • Add six bags of dandelion root tea
  • Add one lemongrass root
  • Brew all the ingredients until close to a boil
  • Reduce to low heat
  • Simmer gently for six hours
